Chiropractic:

 

Dr. Wooten provides chiropractic adjustments with a gentle touch. Her adjustments are a  mixture of Diversified, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Activator, SOT and CrainoSacral. Dr. Wooten believes in relaxing the muscles and body before any adjustment, for this, she uses heat/cold, trigger point therapy and/or local massage.

 

Office hours are :     

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:  8:30am - 5pm         

Thursday: 8:30am - 1pm

 

Saturdays - at least one per month from 9am - 12pm (call to confirm which weekend the doctor is working)

 

Massage Therapy:

 

Monica Polanco, LMT is our in-office Licensed Massage Therapist. Monica provides a wide range of massage services, including Swedish,  Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Chair Massages.
